A sacred beginning. A courageous return. A year tended in devotion.
40 Days of Durgā
As the new year unfolds, we step into a threshold moment — a crossing.
A time when the old loosens its grip and something fresh and new begins to reveal itself. Let us walk this crossing in devotion.
For 40 days, together we will plant the seeds of Durgā consciousness within — She-Who-Rides-the-Tiger — the great mother of courage, boundaries, protection, and grounded inner strength. Through daily mantra, guided subtle-body practices, and mythic storytelling, we write sacred codes of courage, fierce love, and compassion into our field.
This sādhanā is simple.
It is devotional.
It is potent.
And it is designed to meet you exactly where you are — whether you are longing for renewal, seeking clarity, calling in abundance, or emerging from a season of shedding. All of it is welcome here. Each phase, each feeling, each threshold belongs.
HOW THE 40 DAYS WORK
This journey is designed with rhythm, structure, storytelling, subtle body practiced and mythic depth — a gentle
yet powerful arc to carry you into the new year.

Touchpoint Practice — Week Five

A final guided practice to carry you through the last arc of the journey — a re-centering, a remembering, a soft return to your deepest intention.
Completion — Congratulations + Integration
February 13, 2026
(The 40th day)
You will receive a final message from Sarah — support for integration, and prompts to help you weave Durgā’s qualities into your everyday life.
This is not an ending.
It is the beginning of a year aligned with clarity, sacred momentum, and inner strength.
What better way to begin your year than in devotion, myth, and sacred rhythm?
WHY DURGĀ — WHY NOW?
Because the world is loud.
Because the start of a new year often asks for more than resolutions — it asks for ritual, for rememberence, devotion, and alignment.
Durgā is the archetype of:
Sacred boundaries
Inner protection
Courage that does not collapse
Discernment that cuts through illusion
Strength held in tenderness
Feminine fierceness without aggression
Abundance protected, not depleted
She is the force that says:
“No more.”
“Not this.”
“This is the truth of who I am.”
And at the same time:
“I rise.”
These practices steady the nervous system, awaken the inner fire, and support the psychological process of releasing old patterns — especially during the cultural energy of “new beginnings.”
