The Doors to a Virtual Circle Open

This is a virtual offering, designed to meet you wherever you are. All practices, teachings, and daily touchpoints will be shared through Sarah Klein’s private community space, where you’ll be guided step by step through the 14-day experience.

As you move through the program, you’re not simply engaging with content—you’re entering a shared space of practice, reflection, and connection. A place to ask questions, receive support, and stay inspired. When the 14 days come to a close, the door doesn’t close. You’re welcome to remain inside the community—to continue the conversation, deepen your practice, and stay connected within the circle.

This 14-day journey is an invitation to return.

Through guided, dynamic breathwork practices, we’ll work with the rhythm of breath and movement— gently uncovering a place of innate stillness that is always there… sometimes we just have to remember how to access it.

Each day, you’ll receive a short teaching and four different guided practices designed to support your nervous system and reconnect you to a steady, grounded presence.

This is not about doing more. It’s about creating a rhythm you can come back to. Because consistency is often the hardest part. This is where support matters. You’ll be held in a shared space of practice— a simple, steady circle of connection— with guidance, structure, and daily touchpoints to help you stay with it.

Fourteen days is just enough time to begin to feel a shift. To establish a rhythm. To remember what steadiness feels like in your body. There is no better time than NOW.

We live in a fast-paced, high-stimulation, high-demand world. Each one of us is holding many roles, many responsibilities constantly moving, responding, adapting. Practice becomes the place where we reconnect with that really matters and reorganize from there. Where we meet life with greater clarity, steadiness, and inner coherence. Not as something separate from life— but as a way of living more aligned, more present, more fully.

Is is the founder and director of Anu Yoga School, a Yoga Alliance–certified Yoga School established in 2007. She has spent nearly two decades teaching and guiding students in practices that support clarity, connection, and embodied awareness.
